This series contains records related to the development and administration of the Unitarian Church of Montreal Archives from 1989-2012, during the tenure of archivists Dorothy Clarke and Barbrara Jackson.
It includes correspondence on various subjects; encompassing acquisitions, the donation of the Angus Cameron Papers to the Unitarian Universalist Association, the Canadian Unitarian Universalist Archival Record Survey and efforts to conserve artifacts held by the Church. Beyond this there are also some planning documents and copies of publicity about the Archives. Also included are reference materials for archival work.
The series also contains binders B18 to B21;
- B18 contains the minutes and financial information of the Heritage Committee responsible for administration of the archives from 2009
- B19 contains indexes and other information about the Archives as it was in 2012.
- B20 and B21 contain records of reference requests made to the archivist
