This series contains the annual reports created by the Church from 1869-2018. Annual reports after 2018 can be found in the Minute books series (linked under related materials). Also included is the report from the 2003 UUA General Assembly (in box 1F).
The annual reports in this series include reports from the active minister as well as from various church officers and organizations, financial reports and minutes from the annual meetings. They also occasionally include reports from other church districts and reports back from larger denominational meetings.
From 1974 to 2018 there are annual reports from each year. No annual reports exist earlier than 1869 and there are also none from the following years: from 1869 to 1898, 1901 to 1927, 1935 to 1944, 1948 to 1951, 1958, and from 1969 to 1973.

31 of the files can be found in box 1D, covering the years 1869 to 1999. Two of the files in this box contain reports from more than two years; "Annual Reports 1869, 1899, 1900, 1928, 1929, 1930" and "1931, 1932, 1933, 1934" respectively. The rest of the files in box 1D contain either a single year or 2 years.
16 of the files, as well as the 2000 General UUA Assembly report binder, can be found in box 1F, covering the years 2000 to 2017. The files in this box all cover a single year.
